c444g Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you and c444g ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to every aspect of your use of c444g, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, bonuses, and all other services offered through the platform.

By creating an account, logging into an existing account, or using any feature of c444g, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

c444g reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. 2. Eligibility

To use c444g and create an account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c444g is strictly an adult platform and does not permit registration or use by anyone under 18.
• You must be using the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when using your account or placing bets.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account. False or misleading registration details may result in account suspension.
• You must not already have a suspended or permanently closed account on the c444g platform.
• You must be acting in your own name and with funds that are your own. Using the platform to process funds on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Rules

Each person may hold only one account on the c444g platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — are a breach of these Terms. If c444g identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
• You must notify c444g immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• c444g is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Your account details — name, mobile number, payment method — must match your real identity. c444g does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Accounts showing signs of automated or bot activity will be suspended without prior notice.

c444g reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the Terms have been breached or that continued account operation poses a risk to platform integrity. Any balance in a legitimately held account at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the c444g platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets where available. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of transaction.

• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
• c444g does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds suspected to originate from third-party sources may be held pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error are subject to a review process. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• c444g does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank for any applicable fees on their side.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for betting or gaming activity within 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from c444g are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in PKR. This policy ensures that funds remain in the account holder's own name throughout the transaction cycle and reduces processing delays.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. c444g may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal for the first time or if unusual activity is detected.
• Active bonus funds — i.e., bonus credit that has not yet met wagering requirements — are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering conditions are fulfilled.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank.
• c444g reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the account has recently completed a large wagering volume or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.
• Fraudulent withdrawal requests — including chargeback attempts or false dispute claims — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

c444g offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your c444g balance by default, unless the specific offer states a different priority.
• Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts, misrepresentation, or coordinated betting activity (including matched betting using platform funds) will be voided without notice.
• c444g reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The c444g sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and a range of other sports and events. All bets placed on the platform are subject to the following rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published alongside individual markets.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. During this period, odds may shift and c444g reserves the right to accept or decline a bet at the updated price.
• If a cricket match, PSL fixture, or any other event is abandoned before the point at which a result can be determined, most markets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets where a result was reached before abandonment are settled on that result.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a system error or human error may be voided by c444g, with stakes returned to the account.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual selections and vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including activity associated with match-fixing or coordinated market manipulation — will result in immediate account suspension and bet voiding pending investigation.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

The c444g casino section, including slots, live casino tables, and table games, is provided for entertainment purposes. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by physical dealing processes overseen by the game studio. c444g does not control individual game outcomes.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the game engine. Disputes about individual hand, spin, or round outcomes must be raised within 72 hours via support.
• Technical failures during a game session — such as disconnections or browser crashes — may result in a game round being incomplete. c444g will apply fair resolution policies based on the game state at the time of the failure, as recorded by the game server.
• Bonus funds may be restricted from use in certain casino games or at certain stake levels, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• Minimum and maximum stakes in casino games are set by the individual game provider and displayed within the game interface.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse bonus systems, promotions, or referral programmes
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other accounts to guarantee profits regardless of outcome (matched betting using platform funds)
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting competitions
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds that are not legitimately your own
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or to circumvent a previous account suspension
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or verification

11. Privacy & Data

c444g collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform and provide its services. This includes your name, mobile number, payment information, and betting activity. Data is handled in accordance with the c444g Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

• Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
